This guitar was made as the replacement of a Japanese strat. The musician was looking for an upgraded and more trustworthy guitar that played perfectly and sounded fantastic. After a lot of testing he found he really liked the soapbar P90 pickup in the neck, even if it is not such a common strat combination.
