Broken and cracked wood. | |
|
The most common crack for this type of guitar is a broken head. If strings are detuned after the accident, and all parts of the wood are collected, this can usually be repaired without problems. |

A Les Paul electric guitar with a broken head. All parts are clamped with good quality woodclamps. The truss rod is secured during clamping, so it is still adjustable after glueing... The instrument is completely setup after glueing, so the musician can play directly after picking up his instrument. |
