Custom instruments
Every guitar that is made in the workshop is a single produced instrument. Many times, customers have specific wishes for their instruments.
The placement of the tone and volume control on an electric guitar, choice in different wood species, a complete personaly designed instrument.
It is very wel possible to put this personal wishes in the instrument. For example, every guitar has a neck profile according to the customer. See also the custom projects at the instruments web pages.

Quality
For all instruments we try to gather the best hardware and the best wood species. Next, the instrument is made by each, and with full attention. Also, all parts of the instrument are made as much as possible in the workshop. Necks are being made in the workshop completely, no pre-machined parts are used.
Service
If a guitar leaves the workshop, it doesn't mean we see it never again! We would like to give the customer time to get used to the new instrument. Also, the neck will be changing a small bit due to the string tension. Later, the customer can always make an appointment for a re-setup. We try to adjust the instrument perfectly to the customers playing style and wishes.
Ordering.
First, we discus how the new instrument should be. Sometimes customers have a very fixed idea for the instrument, sometimes a customer has only an idea about what the new guitar should do. In all cases, we like to advise about the possibilities. For each ordered instrument we make a paper agreement. This agreement discibes the ordered instrument, specific wishes, how long it takes to make it, and the price. When the customer agrees, we ask a 30% deposit. Thje rest amount can then be paid when the instrument is ready.
