The Prototype model guitar is designed as an electric guitar with the qualities of a semi-acoustic guitar.
Under the guitar top different soundchambers have been made. The instrument produces more midtones than a regular electric guitar. This is perfectly amplified by the P90 pickup. To give a wider and more interesting range of sound, a piëzo pickup is provided in the bridge. The sound of the piëzo pickup can be mixed with the P90 pickups. The result is a warm jazzy sound with an acoustic edge.
The top is cut from European softmaple, just like a jazzguitar.
The neck has a fretboard made from cocobola, a fine rosewood variation, with an excelent sustain.
